The glide sleeve works perfectly, have tried lots of different anti-blister methods in the past like tape and plasters but this is a more permanent solution, and can be washed and re-used.

The glide sleeve fits nicely under the grip socks and my boots, and im now able to play fiveaside footy without any blisters. Class, 10/10

Wore these for a couple of 5-a-side matches now and they've been spot on. Comfortable under my boots and finally no rubbing or blisters afterwards.

Thin enough that I forgot I was wearing it. No rubbing at all, even after playing for nearly two hours. Used on astro and grass for 11aside, works perfectly for both
